We are here to speak with you about the importance of balance as you negotiate the waves of turbulence and transformation. There are some physical practices that will help to achieve stability. Like tree pose in yoga: stand on one foot; the other foot forms a triangle against your standing leg. Hold that position for as long as you can. If you need to touch the wall or a chair or table, so be it. No judgment! Practice with both legs. Or, you can be the child who finds railroad ties to walk upon as though you are negotiating a balance beam. Think of yourself as an Olympic aspirant! No pressure, though. Another stabilizing method to achieve inner balance is to bring down from the firmaments a stream of golden liquid light. See this light enter into your crown chakra. From there, notice how it naturally flows down through your shushumna, your central spiritual channel, and then into Mother Earth. Bring Mother Earth’s energy back up through your root chakra all the way up to and out of your crown chakra. Run this energy up and down several times. You will feel the difference!
There is much afoot that can destabilize our inner harmony. We have a choice to allow this to take hold. Or, we can choose to not subscribe. It’s like a test. Balance or imbalance? Disturbance or inner peace? Love or anger or fear? We have the capacity to make such choices.
