How interesting that a recent blog was titled “Here Today, Gone Tomorrow.” In the way that I understand things, the focus on here today, gone tomorrow, while surveying the massive structural changes to the town where we raised our children and remembering friends who have moved back into Spirit, was a preparatory experience for what is happening now. I feel the hand of Archangel Gabriel in that immersive experience. He has informed me, beforehand, of each next step of Revelations. He has always been correct in punctuating what is/what will happen. I may not initially understand what will occur, but eventually the reason for his placing my attention on something becomes undeniably apparent. It’s a listen up, pay attention, be ready kind of a message. He comes in to pronounce that something BIG is about to happen.
I have traveled in and out of Asheville, NC, and its surroundings and over the mountains into northeastern TN, over many years. As recently as the end of August 2024 I traveled roads that have been now washed away and through towns that have been wiped clear of physical structures. The tragedy that has unfolded serves as a stark call to action, a call to be prepared. Truly, the scope of this catastrophe, which is one that we in this country are focused upon, is unprecedented and akin to what occurred in Lahaina. Similar devastation scenarios are taking place all over the world.
This is a wake-up call, another wake-up call. A big one. Be prepared within your hearts and homes. On the physical level, have batteries. Have candles and lanterns. Have a backup food supply that does not require refrigeration. Have the means to prepare food without electricity and propane. Know how to make a non-flushable toilet that is ecologically sound. Have solar gadgets for powering up your cellphones. Keep your gas tank filled. Have cash-as we are seeing, credit card payments cannot be processed. Have supplies you can barter with. Have a “go bag” that contains your most important documents, clothing (practical, nothing fancy), medications, water and portable food like power bars. We just don’t know what can/will happen as well as where and when. Water, water, water, ways to filter water are necessary. This is about survival. Be familiar with first aid practices. Have on hand what you need for immediate care.
Have practices you are familiar with that help to balance and restore calm: breathing techniques, chakra balancing, grounding/earthing techniques. Reiki is excellent for calming one’s neurobiology. Be strong with your prayers. Prayers are heard, I can assure you. Get right with yourself, your family, friends, colleagues and community. Forgive. Tell everyone how much you love them. Honor Mother Earth, the creature beings, the rocks, plants and trees. Be in gratitude, thankful for the blessings of your life each and every day no matter what. There is always something to be thankful for. Mother Mary encourages family prayer time. Such prayer is what saved the people of Medjugorje from the horrific genocide enacted all around the city limits during the 1990's. Prayers can be from any tradition, and, they can come straight from the heart without religious origins. Children respond to games, crafts, storytelling and songs. They love to be helpful. Keeping your emotional, mental and spiritual self in peacefulness goes a long way. When we are legitimately stressed, coming back to inner balance ensures clearer decision-making and problem-solving.
The big changes that have long been predicted through prophecies of many traditions are upon us. We have much to look forward to. But we will go through a lot to get there.
As Molly Creely, now angel daughter of my friends Dan and Kathy Creely, communicated after her unexpected death:
Be Positive
Be Kind
Be Loving
Heart of a Warrior
The above qualities are what will help to sustain us through adversities of all kinds. The Warrior is, in actuality, a Peacemaker. Let’s choose to help one another through thick and thin. Let’s focus on achieving entry into the Fifth World of Unity through loving kindness for every living outbreath of Creator and through helping each other. When what is occurring seems insurmountable, remember that the smallest kindness in thought, word and deed truly does make a difference. Ripples on the pond radiate outward in concentric circles to reach the farthest shore. We know this.
With deep love,
